We opened New Kahala with humble beginnings in late 1992 and are proud to be a locally owned Carbondale IL restaurant. All of our meats and veggies are cut in shop and each dish is cooked fresh and from scratch. Come in and try traditional dishes like Taiwanese pork belly sliders and braised chicken leg over rice.
